7. Food Allergy & Allergen Disclaimer

The Buckeye Lady products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens.

Our kitchen is NOT a gluten-free facility.

We regularly use and handle ingredients that contain:

• Dairy
• Eggs

While we take reasonable precautions to minimize cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens.

8. Local Pickup Policy

For orders designated for local pickup:

• Customers will be notified when their order is ready
• Orders must be picked up within five (5) days of the ready date

If an order is not picked up within this timeframe:

• The product may be donated to a local organization as part of our community efforts
